About Me

Who am I? I traveled 5 months in India to find the answer, and I came back understanding that it's a path that I just began and that will continue all life long. Amazing, isn't it?
Indian sages, spiritual guides, enlightened people had the same question. I'm now trying to find my answer and my way to discover it. Until now, the way I find everyday is to love and respect nature and humans and that's on what I decided to focus my work. I moved and I work into the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park since 4 years now. I love Italian Central Appennine. I'm working as a Bear conflict expert and park ranger. I have a Collettivo here and we are trying to animate those small villages with cultural events.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Even when you are not traveling, you can always live life trough other passionate eyes.

Interests

I love animals, as far as I remember I always lived with them, especially cats, but already when I was a child I was spending a lot of time watching animals and I decided when I was 8 years old that I wanted to do that for the rest of my life, so I'm now an Ethologist (don't worry, I know that you haven't heard this, but we will have time to explain). I love to dance, but now I stopped, although I spent 5 years dancing Dancehall, and I tried all of different dancing. I love to travel, of course! I did 3 Erasmus and I'm a true solo traveler, I consider my self a word citizens. I'm active in Veganism. I'm vegan because I think that's a good way to save our planet and because I love animals and I respect them. I speak 5 languages fluently because I love to speak with different people. I think life it something goes beyond the cicle work-family-money-sleep. I think work to earn money that you don't have time to spend it doesn't make any sense. I started to question about the meaning of existence and I found many answers in India. I’ve now moved to the Apennines, where I live to help save the Marsican brown bear from extinction.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love art, artists and artistic people. I think creativity is very important to run away the ordinary.
I didn't watch many movies until now, because when it comes to decide what to do, I always prefer to share experiences with people.
I finally got to read again and I love it. I discovered that when I was studying I stopped it just because when you read all day long, when you are free you don't want to do it again. I'm happy that now I'm free again to read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked bare feet Arunachala, the holy mountain of Shiva.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everything I can do, I will do. I'm really open minded person. Don't have problems with me to speak about everything you want. I will enjoy the company and different opinions and cultures :)
