Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have no CS experience whatsoever. Recently a friend took me out to meet a couple of surfers. Positive experience with them helped me realize there is so little people I know in comparison to how many of us lives on this planet. So I decided to make some steps towards learning more mankind representatives and exploring more places they inhabit. CS looks like a good platform to reach out and connect as I have a couple of small travelling ideas for summer and autumn.

Interests

I love music and can sing but my main hobby for now is solo jazz dance.
I appreciate good talks with like-minded folks. Besides that, bicycle rides and various music gigs are great sources of inspiration

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: as for classics, Queen, Frank Sinatra and Elvis are at the top all through the years.
Tastes for contemporary artists actually vary and change with time.
I usually pour a mixture of albums to a flash drive so that swing goes together with heavy metal, classic rock, punk, anime OSTs and whatever else.

Movies: Tarantino, soviet classics, good comedies and fantasy - all except horrors and drama.
Rarely get to watch some series but always return to catch up on Big Bang Theory as I really appreciate a good and kind joke.

Books - Sir Terry Pratchett (endless witty satire), George Martin (even before it became TV series), Neil Gayman

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took part in painting the biggest mural in the world by Ramon Martins in Minsk.
Spent one summer night in Tbilisi zoo :D
