I'm Marta and I come from Poland. I live in Cracow, where I study medicine at the Jagiellonian University. My biggest passion is mountain hiking and I love long-distance trails.

Musica, film e libri

I love classic rock music: Pink Floyd (my absolutely favourite band), Led Zeppelin, Dire Straits... But I'm keen on indie rock as well ;)

I enjoy watching films and I find it's too difficult to select the most favourite. Anyway, I'll give you some examples: The Radio Days (Woody Allen), American Beauty, The Shining, Goodfellas, The Godfather....

If it comes to books, I'm a big fan of czech literature (Hrabal, Hašek, Pavel), some classic novels (Buddenbrooks by Thomas Mann- my favourite one :) ) and non- fiction books too.

I have no idea, what I could teach you... But I can advise you some good Polish rock bands and films.

Smile, interesing conversation and many stories about living in my country ;) I'd love to spend time with hosts (going out for some entertainment etc.)
