About Me

Hi!

My name is Marta but I have lots of nick names, Tetti, Tooki, Diale... I love nicknames I think they denote love in between friends, what's your?
I currently live in London well, for the last 14 years and I love it here, I love travelling and this city gives me the opportunity to do so . Having said this I'm moving soon to Barcelona, time to go back home!
I consider myself a positive, happy, social person. I love any activity that involves bein in nature and or sports in general, cycling especially it's my fav lately! Best way of seeing the world by bike!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have never done it before but I heard wonders about it.
I was doing Airbnb for a bit ( I needed money as leaving alone in London it's crazy expensive) and I will host people who have done couch surfing and, they will explain me all their stories doing so around the world and all of them were positive, they said that my Airbnb was more like a Couchsurfing experience so, I thought I will try it out, also I want to start hosting people myself as soon as I can.
The world needs people who share, sharing is caring and we do need more positive energy lying around, there is no other way to save the planet but becoming all one big town again, I believe... I also believe that this is possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently started traveling only with a bike, seeing the world at around 20km/h and being free to stop anywhere, exposed to the elements and enjoying freedom, it is truly amazing!

Also, spending my holidays helping others.
Some friends and I are running a charity record label and each year we choose a school in need around the world to give all the money we make to, then we try to visit them, so far we did visit Egypt and Tanzania and this year Nicaragua... I'll explain you all about it when I see you! :P

What I Can Share with Hosts
