My name is Marta, and I am currently a U.S. Fulbright student doing research in Bonn, Germany! In my free time I like to read, bake, and go for hikes, run/work out. I love pastries and desserts, and have been having a great time checking out all the excellent cafes and bakeries in Bonn! Traveling is one of my favorite things to do, and I especially enjoy getting to know different cultures I encounter, and meeting new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people, listening to their stories, sharing culture/language/experiences, and I think couchsurfing is a great way to do all of that!

I love visiting new places and not just be the stereotypical tourist. With couchsurfing contacts, one can always get insider information about the city, places to see, hidden gems etc. That is such an incredible bonus to every trip.
