ABOUT ME

Hi everyone!
first thing my best friends would say about me is that I'm a very open-minded girl with many interests and that I'm really bright. I like getting in contact with new people and traveling all around the world, even if I need to work a lot to do it.
I am really very lively and I always try to do as much as possible all day long. Of course I sometimes need some rest. In that case I love reading newspapers in English and German and books in general and above all I love listening to the music (I make shower listening to the music, change clothes listening to the music and sometimes eat listening to the music!).
My friends often say I speak too much (and maybe it's true), but that's my passion: speaking languages and meeting new amazing people from other cultures.
Finally, I am a very hospitable person and, when I come back home (in Assisi) I always organize many events like parties, dinners and so on (My family is great!) :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think CS is a great, incredible community. I just try to get involved not only by offering a couch but also by getting in contact with new people. That's to say I also try to let CSs become my friends (and not only internet friends) by organizing trips, drinking a coffee together or simply meeting to talk a little bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just had my first CS experience and it was amazing! I hosted a girl from Taiwan! she was so cute and nice! We went to some parties and festivals, I let her see my small city, assisi and a lot of things around here =) she was happy and me too! we talked so much about me and her and about our cultures! hope to have other nice experiences like this!

Interests

I have so many passions that I could write all day long. But the two passions that of course have changed my life are dancing and traveling.
As for dancing, I dance since I was 3. I did 18 years ballet, then 8 years modern jazz and in these last 5 years I've been dancing hip hop! I also became an hip hop dance teacher but now I'm not a teacher anymore because I study in Triest and I don't have time to teach and dance. Now I just dance when I meet my hip hop crew or when I go to the disco!
That was my first great passion. As for the second, traveling, I started to travel when I was 15 and I went 3 months to Berlin for a private student exchange. That was the travel that changed my life. Since I came back home from Berlin I started working in order to earn money and have the possibility to travel again (In fact I did many many jobs). In the meantime I was studying languages. This was and is my greatest passion, which of course is linked to my passion for traveling. And this passion has determined what I am doing now. In fact I already have a degree in translation and interpreting (German, Englich, French) and I'm now finishing a 2-year-bachelor in conference interpreting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like doing all kinds of sports and activities. Among the various activities I went paragliding (amazing!!! from the mountain over Assisi, I could see the wonderful umbrian hills and of course my home) and I went rafting (great experience! I drunk so much cause I was at the front of the boat).

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach dancing hip hop or speaking Italian of course :-) I really would like to learn yoga or something spiritual like that and of course I would like to learn as many other languages as possible!
