Hi! I love to travel and explore new places. Some of my favorite things to do are: hiking, kayaking, yoga, meditation, and attending cultural events, including concerts, art exhibits, and inspiring or informative talks. Cooking and eating tasty and creative vegan foods are also high on my list of enjoyable things to do. Indeed, I love philosophy, social justice research & activism, and networking with like-minded people.

I'm joining couchsurfing because it seems like a vibrant community of very cool people. I also need to save money while traveling, since being a philosopher, a teacher, and a Buddhist all tend to entail a very low financial income, even if the content and experiences are rich.
