Sobre mí

Hi there! I am currently a safety and security management student in The Hague, The Netherlands. In the future I would like to work in the public or international field, dealing with peace-building, conflict and injustice. In my spare time I enjoy going out, reading, cooking and traveling. My favorite summer activity is inline-skating to the beach boulevard and enjoying a little picknick once we get there.

During my travels I enjoy doing non-mainstream things and find the spots where locals go as well as getting engaged in the local culture. I hope the CS community can help me with these things!

Besides my studies, I am working as a service employee at the cinema and an events promotor for an international student organization. I love organizing events, from dinners with teachers, to get-togethers with the neighborhood, to mixers of study organizations.

I only recently joined the couchsurfing community but I can't wait to get to know all of you better while visiting your city.

Algo increíble que he hecho

After I finished my high school in The Netherlands when I was 16, I wasn't ready to go off to university yet so I signed up for a gap year in the United States, where I got to live in an American host family and attend an American high school. It was a great step outside of my comfort zone where I got to engage in a new culture and improve my language skills. I got to develop myself in new was which I could have never done if I would have stayed in my hometown.
