When you meet a person from a different culture, it makes the time spent in a foreign country so much more valuable, and you also make so many amazing friends. It's just so... you know what I mean?! :)
I also really love to travel and I'm much happier to save money for the hotels and etc. by staying at some amazing person's place and then buying a plane ticket for that saved money, then spending it for the hotel and blocking myself the chance to visit more places.
