Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always loved getting to know new people as I'm travelling. The absolute best memories I've made have been through unexpected meetings. Each person has a fascinating story to tell. Everyone on Couchsurfing is different, yet united by our interest in travelling and openness to a new person - I love that.

Interests

I am absolutely crazy about dancing, specifically partner dancing. Salsa, bachata, kizomba, foxtrot, swing... you get the idea. Really gotten into hiking and backpacking recently, and am expanding into climbing.

My all-time favourite movie is Into the Wild. I generally love movies that are based on true stories.

TV-shows: Doctor Who, The West Wing (and anything else Aaron Sorkin has made), Sherlock, Game of Thrones, Penny Dreadful, Friends, Firefly, Hannibal, Outlander, Community, Downton Abbey, and more...

Most reread books: the Harry Potter series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing to the top of Mt. Fuji, seeing the sunrise from there, is a very fond memory of mine.
