ABOUT ME

My name is Martin Richter and I'm 22 years old with my birthday coming up in May. Right now i'm living and studying in Heidelberg to become a Chemistry and Geography teacher. I dont know how to describe myself best but i would say im openminded and always ready to go on an adventure! For me travelling and getting to know different cultures and people is the best way to feel alive!

PHILOSOPHY

-At the end of my life i will be able to say: "I always did the things I wanted to do"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to offer my couch to people who love to discover the beautiful south-germany landscape.
I'd also take them to places they wouldn't see as normal tourist and of course I'd show them (who is interested) the german nightlife.

On the other hand, I'd love to travel, but as a german student i don't have much money. So coachsurfing makes it possible for me to discover the world without having a great budget. Furthermore couchsurfing enables me to get to know new people, I wouldn't have met by just being a tourist :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did a backpacking trip through the United States and Canada where i met a lot of couchsurfers. I also did a lot of couchsurfing there and i have to truely admit, that without couchsurfing my trip to those countries wowuldn't have been that interesting and fun! Getting in touch with local people and local culture makes travelling even more exciting and enjoyable.
