ABOUT ME

I've lived in London for 12 years and have used this time to try and meet as many people from as many different cultures as possible. I've travelled extensively and use couchsurfing as much as possible - it's a great way to meet like-minded people and explore new places.

I take photographs of the places I visit and would eventually like to have a career in photojournalism. For now I work as a development chef and food event planner, so I always try and thank people for hosting me by cooking meals and (if appropriate) providing wine :). I've worked in restaurants all over the world and always try to eat out as much as possible when I'm away so that I can use the experience to write new menus!

I'm pretty easy going and just want to hang out, eat a lot and see some cool stuff.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only ever hosted twice as I rarely have the capacity to do so, but try to help in whatever way I can and I'm always up for meeting up with people if they want some city tips or just to hang out. As soon as I get my own place I'll be hosting all of the time!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of my couchsurfing experiences have been excellent and I've met loads of really great people on here. I can't recommend it enough.

Photography - I'm always taking photos and trying to work with different mediums, Literature - I like to write and reading wise I've had my head in classics for as long as I can remember, my favourite writer is Knut Hamsun. I've been a chef all of my life and now work freelance.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music - mostly rock and roll/psych/blues/country/folk. Film, there are too many to name off of the top of my head but three of my favourites are Dead Man, Breaking the Waves and Shallow Grave.
