I'm a college kid from a smallish midwest town fairly close to St. Louis. Growing up with my two older sisters and one younger brother my family was always into taking exciting vacations around the US to visit national parks and beaches. I love traveling and experiencing new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like alternative and folk music the best but I can enjoy certain songs from almost every genre. I'm a huge fan of books generally in the fantasy or thrilller genre , some favorites include the Dresden Files, A Song of Fire and Ice and the King-killer Chronicles. Favorite movies include Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Dark Knight, and Gladiator.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to be the highest person standing in the continental US for a short time when I submitted Mt. Whitney as part of a 100 mile backpacking trip I did a couple years ago.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about nearly anything. Teaching is a bit more limited but I can share insight into electrical engineering and the electrical contracting industry. Or give the basics of some of my hobbies such as soccer , ultimate frisbee, and motorcycles.
