I love getting out and about, travelling, hiking, running, cycling and seeing the world. Big fan of hitch-hiking too. In the distant future when I own a car, I owe the hitch-hiking fraternity a lot of lifts!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done a lot of 'unofficial' CouchSurfing in the US and France, and met some fantastic people. My first proper CouchSurfing experience was in India, and it was ideal. There's no better way of getting to know a country than to get involved with its people.

Intereses

As well as being into sport, I love playing the piano. I'm a bit of a fan of academia too, with degrees in History and International Relations, and an MSc on the go at the moment. I've also got a flying licence... not that I can afford to use it these days!

If you've got a piano, I'm big into a bit of blues, and have been a part-time teacher for a while. More than keen to jam or impart whatever knowledge I have. I've also taught the flute, but I'm less obsessed about that...
