Hello couchsurfer!
I am Martina from a little village in Northen Italy, at the moment discovering the world as I guess you do!
I am a very enthusiastic person and I definitely love getting surprised and inspired from other stories of life.

I've always been working with children as social and intercultural worker but.. I'm still studying.
At the moment I live in London where I work for an italian association as immigration adviser.
Last year I have been evs (european volunteer) in a centre for asylum seekers in Belgium: I guess the most special, intense, inriching adventure I have ever had in my life.

I still don't know where's my place in the world. For that, I'm moving so much.

PHILOSOPHY
I always believe that I'm in this world to make a positive difference. I want to learn as much as I can and maybe in the future do something special.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I think couchsurfing is the best way for travelling. It means being able to visit a place with sustainable prices and meeting people who can make you discover special little things not for ordinary tourists.

At the same time, it's a special way of sharing: experiences, lives, ideas. And we shouldn't forget food :D and a roof! The most important part. Because yes we can stay here talking about how amazing it's the couchsurfing experience (and it is!!) but the best thing is being hosted without the threat of sleeping under a bridge on a last minute travel. And that's amazing! People helping other people! Or better: people helping other people, without any prejudice! Should it not be normality? That's the reason why I normally don't care if people read my profile or not before asking me to be hosted, everybody is more than welcome in my house, as I hope I am in host places, too! The couchsurfing experiences are always enriching, anyway!
