I’m Martina,
a 26 years old girl who loves the holist world, nature itself. I was born in the Dolomites, Val di Sole (Italy), a beautiful place between the mountains where I’m currently living with my boyfriend Patricio, family and friends.

On the 8th of June 2023 I graduated, I became a Naturopath after attending a four year course in the School of Naturopathic Medicine in Italy, called “Lumen” - according with the OMS “Benchmarks for training in Naturopathy” - started in 2017, and after having had some internships and working experiences in the Holistic World in the last 2 years. I am specialized in Podalic Reflexology, Bach Flowers, Aromatherapy, Traditional Mediterranean Medicine or Hippocratic Medicine. I love using these holistic disciplines in a non-symptomatic way, always heading to find out the cause which lays beneath the symptomatic manifestation.
During my studies I discovered the Art of Massage and attended some classes: Relaxing Massage (LUMEN Method), Hemolymphatic Massage (Menarini Method), Connective Massage (Dicke Method), Elemental Massages (related to the elements of the Hippocratic Medicine: Air – Fire – Earth – Water).

I do love everything which belongs to the Holistic World.
I love playing acoustic guitar and percussions, dancing and singing for myself and with myself.
I love writing, drawing and painting as a way to heal my emotional injuries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Me and my boyfriend Patricio are travelling around for some time. We decided to use couchsurfing as we would love to explore new territories by meeting local people, by talking and living with them for few time. We think this is the best way to get deeper into local culture.
