Interests

I love and teach yoga, I love dance and dancing...all kinds...classical ballet to grooving on the beach, I'm a master gardener and I'm especially crazy about orchids and bromeliads and have a wonderful subtropical garden full of them, I play the clarinet and love all kinds of music, I meditate daily and love devotional chanting, any kind of skating is great, I love hiking and the outdoors...swamps and the everglades are favourite wild places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attending and participating in Festival of Nataraja in Chidambaram,Tamil Nadu, India was an amazing experience.
Paragliding off cliffs on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica was awesome.
