我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Two reasons mainly.
1) I love to travel but I like it smart and social at the same time. I can't understand the way "typical" tourists go around with their guides or smartphones and the whole "most people suggest" state of mind. I like to be guided by locals, or get suggestion directly from them. When I am visiting a city, the "filter" that I want to have is that of someone who's somehow intertwined with it.
2) You can't keep travel the whole time, and sometimes you have to stay put for a while in the same place. But traveling is not the only way to learn and explore the world. Hosting people from the four corners of the world is also really stimulating and interesting and can open up your mind. If you're not going around the world, why not let the world enter your house, a person at a time?
