I am a PE teacher living in Birmingham. I love travelling to new places and meeting new people. I Like anything outdoorsy, from hiking to climbing to mountain biking.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have a pretty tidy apartment in the popular area of Jewellery Quarter. Great location for walking into the city center or going to local bars and restaurants.
Were always interested in meeting new people and sharing travelling experiences. When we are around we open to showing you the sites or just grabbing a drink at the local pubs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had a number of people come and stay with us. I have used couchsurfing in Seattle and Germany too and it's always a great way to meet locals.

Sports, rock climbing, trekking, camping, biking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any kind of movies but I do love watching documentries! Read a lot of mountaineering books including trek and mountain. Love reading travelling blogs too!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to think that I bring all my local knowledge of Birmingham and all its wonders!!! Share travel and adventures is what I love doing too. Maybe I can teach cornhole as I am a master of the game :-) I love Birmingham-it's a great place to be social and meet new people.

I have just started learning German so it would be great to meet some Deutsch speakers on my travels.
