Born in Wales, raised in the Midlands of UK. Studied in Melbourne. Whilst studying, I followed my passion and became a franchised Personal Trainer. Decided the fitness industry chapter is coming to a close, and it's time to explore the world.

Using Vagabonding (by Rolf Potts) as my bible, I hope to meet some incredible people and come to new terms with understanding myself and life around me. First up is the USA and Canada, then over to Europe via Iceland. I'm still deciding then to head back to Australia via Africa, the Middle East or Russia -- only time will tell!

Food is incredibly important to me, in an experimental sense.. I love fasting, trying new things and just seeing how my body interacts and adapts to new food inputs.
