Marty's the name. Midwestern transplant to Colorado, been farming in the beautiful North Fork Valley since early Spring. Before that I was chilling out in Madison, Wisconsin doing live music, comedy and working at a local grocery store. I like to bike, dance, camp, and enjoy a well-hopped beverage now and again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My buddy and I just undertook our first bike tour, starting in Western Colorado and heading north to Montana. Camping is fun and we love it but dispersed camping is a different story when you are lugging your bike through National Forest. An occasional couch sounds kinda cool. Looking to meet people on the way who love the outdoors and might be able to show us around some local haunts or take us on some good hikes.
