My day wouldn't be complete without hearing really great life experiences different from my own. I am very fond of advocating for better Maternal health systems and humanized birth.

I am not really into doing all the touristy shit, I'd rather accompany you to your favourite random part of the city, or help your grandmother cook your most memorable childhood meal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently I had the opportunity to spend two weeks in a maternity unit in a public hospital in Santa Rosa de Copan, Honduras as a nurse and doula supporting low income women who didn't have access to quality birthing services. It was an amazing eye opening experience!
