I'm on couch surfing to help promote cheap travel options for those who share a common interest in actively discovering the world around them. I plan on doing a lot of traveling in the future, but for now I am grounded in Vancouver. My boyfriend is an electrician and instrumentation tech who works in renewable energy and is also working with safety athurities here to help change our current biased laws that are slowing the fossil fuel renewable energy transition here in Canada. He also plans on completing an engineering degree in the next few years.

I have a background in horticulture and ecology, but I love natural systems and the passion of how or why things are the way they are. I love talking about plants and herbology, medicine, nature, philosophy, biology, physics - basically anything that involves new discovery or new scientific research of some kind. I wish I knew how to dance, play music and cook - so if you know, please teach me. 😉 I currently work in Real Estate while the two of us save up for a wicked offgrid retreat project we plan on building in a few years.

In Vancouver, I have a small dog named Bella, who is literally the worlds happiest dog. So be prepared for tons of cuddles and kisses from her.

We are open and friendly, whether you want to be shown around the city, or want space to yourself, we can accommodate. We do love meeting and talking to new people from different cultures and are more than happy to share ours.
