Hello! My name is Mary (Brierly, but most people call me Mary Bee :P). I am a singer from Massachusetts living in Los Angeles. My music can be found on http://www.marybeeofficial.com/ if you are interested! I record a lot of my music myself and regularly make music videos and share them online. I have toured three times in the last two years and absolutely love it.

As a guest I am very neat, quiet (but love to get to know hosts!), do not do drugs or drink excessively and always treat other's homes with absolute respect.

In addition to music I also pet sit / house sit full time with my husband. We actually do not charge for our services because we do it in exchange for having a life free of rent / utilities. We have been doing it full time for two years now and really love it. We get to spend time with so many wonderful animals, see so many different places and be able to focus more on our creative careers without the pressure of expensive Los Angeles rent prices. It is a win win really, the pets get to stay in their homes and be comfortable and taken care of, their owners save money on boarding / paid house sitters, and we get to live a life we really enjoy. The only down side to this is that I cannot host any couch surfers myself since we do not have our own home, but when we do eventually get one again one day, I fully intend to be the best host possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am planning a 2 month tour through Europe with my husband (who is also my musical partner - he is also on this website if you would like his info just message me).

We plan to play small shows (still booking the tour) throughout Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, & England. We are really looking forward to meeting locals in each country as we go. We do not have a home ourselves so we unfortunately cannot offer anyone a couch at this time in return, but we are more than happy to offer a free music performance for you / your friends if you would like to have a party / house show, or if you own an establishment that would enjoy live music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently I booked a month long music tour in Hawaii - it was incredible to enjoy the beauty of the island and perform almost always outside, in front of a Hawaiian sunset - it was magical!
