About Me

Hello! Welcome to my profile. I am from Omaha, Nebraska located in the middle of the USA. I graduated in 2015 and spent those undergrad years working and studying. Now that I am out of school, it is my goal to travel around the USA and the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love connecting with people from all over the world. I am interested in couch surfing because it provides the opportunity to share stories and experiences with other people. I'd love to have a host who can provide attraction and restaurant suggestions or even show me around the city.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - My favorite genres of music are hip-hop, pop, KPOP/JROCK, and classic rock. I am not too picky with music; however, I am not the biggest fan of country music. If I had to name my top 5 favorite artists they would be Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, TM Revolution, and David Bowie.

Movies - I enjoy a wide range of movie genres from classic to sci-fi. Some of my favorites are any of the Star Wars movies, Gone with the Wind, Bridesmaids, An Affair to Remember, The Dark Knight, Lord of the Rings, Studio Ghibli movies, and Better Off Dead.

I don't read that often; however, I do enjoy it when I make time for it. I just started reading "The Man in the High Castle" and am hoping to read "A Handmaid's Tale" next.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2016, I traveled with my twin sister to Japan for two weeks. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima. It was a phenomenal trip and it inspired me to keep traveling the world :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook and bake and am always happy to share recipes or teach someone how to cook/bake. I believe food and drinks are some of the best ways to connect with people!
