Me? Well I am Australian born of Greek heritage, on a journey and enjoying every minute of it!
My passion in life is food: cooking, tasting, sharing and growing.
I also love the outdoors, camping, and the beach. A good night out, an interesting conversation, a good dance, and a few drinks!
And of course, travel!

Everyone I have met through CS has been so open, kind and generous!
I think by its very nature CS attracts people who are open minded and people who are positive about humanity.
Thanks to everyone who has hosted me, to everyone I have traveled with, and all those i have met along the road!

Interessen

People, food, music, hiking, dancing, yoga, laughing, reading, conversing, swimming, surfing, hugging, earl grey tea, the sun, eating, adventuring, travel, long train rides, plants, fishing.... I tend to be enthusiastic about a lot of things, especially if I'm with someone else who is!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Midsummer party in Sweden - it was a weird experience partying all night and having the sun there on the horizon the whole time.

Spending a night under a train bridge in Turkey and experiencing the hospitality of the only person who lived there: fresh tomatoes from the garden and crunchy bread.

Listening to live, traditional Dervish music in the warmth of a friends house in Shiraz, Iran.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I love to cook, and i believe food is so central to a happy, balanced life. There is nothing better than cooking a meal for friends, sitting down, eating, chatting, sharing, enjoying! And I would love to do this with anyone I meet in life, and through CS. Share food, share knowledge, share stories.
For me it's also about having respect, about the cycles of life and the innate connectedness of everything around us...
