I'm a graduate of the University of Evansville with degrees in Marketing and French. I studied in France in 2010 and loved every moment of it. I currently live in Kansas City with my fiance.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met a few people in person from CS for drinks or dinner, and to just have good company. I have been contacting people about hosting me, but have not hosted anyone myself yet.

Interests

Love planning big trips, almost as much as I love actually taking them. I like to read travel guides and mark all the cool places I want to go. I'm making it my goal to also visit all the attractions listed for Kansas City on Trip Advisor since I just recently moved here. I also enjoy cooking and prefer to cook for my friends and family and not just me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now, I'm in love with The Hungry Games, both the book and movie. I also like to read historical fiction novels and of course read travel guide and plan my next adventure.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most perfect moments I have had was when I was in Paris in the Spring of 2010 and was just ridding the metro. There was a guy playing an accordon and we came above ground so you could see all the buildings. It was a beautiful sunny day and life could not be more perfect...exceot if I had had a pain au chocolate as well : )

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach English and also learn French. I like to take turns speaking in each language so everyone gets to practice and learn things.
