To live simply, profitez de la vie et Carpe Diem!
As of August 2013 I am living in Moncton, New Brunswick, teaching ESL to adult immigrants. A dream job :) I'm slowly getting to know the best spots, and hidden gems in this city (JapanGo for sushi!)
I have lived and taught English in Busan, South Korea from March 2008-2011 and New Zealand for about 5 months, which were some of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I used to be constantly on the move, but I decided to go back to school and then stay in one spot for a little while. So now I'm back in Canada, almost finished my Masters in Applied Linguistics so I can keep teaching ESL as a career :) I can be quiet, loud, silly, fun, funny, but mostly very laid back relaxed :)
I am really trying to meet as many people as I can. Travelers or locals, every experience is different. That's what makes life fun and interesting: learning about other people's personal experiences and outlook on life. I'm also trying discover the unknown secret beautiful spots to visit anywhere and everywhere-each country has its hidden gems. The places that only locals might know and those which have a story or a special significance. I love exploring!!!
I used to be really into the Canadian music scene, but I've managed to get behind in my research/knowledge, although I still thoroughly enjoy it. However, I havent broken into the scene here yet in Moncton, as I kind of like to keep a low profile, and Moncton is a small city :P
I'd love to go to a show if you are interested. I still know the hot spots and best bands in town :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Multiple times, seen many pods of pilot whales spy-hop and dive and feed right in front of my face in Cape Breton in the Gulf of Saint Lawrence...I worked at a Whale Interpretive Center where, in the mornings, I could see these whales feeding and playing no more than 1 km away from the beach.
Was flown over Auckland in a Cessna one afternoon, and just paid $50 for gas! Beautiful sights!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you French or English :)
I am learning how to speak, read and write Korean.
I can share with you my friends, apartment, or anything else you really need. I also can lend you my ears, for a chat over coffee!
Oh, I can also amateurishly juggle, and know a few tricks with strings, like how to make Jacob's ladder or cat's cradle...
I would LOVE for someone to teach me how to play CHESS!!! I have a board at my apartment here but it's collecting dust right now!!!
