I had planned to join this community when I first heard about the idea.
I love traveling and especially knowing new peoples with different cultures. I am really interested in helping people. we have a well-known idea in computer science "OPEN SOURCE" (It is about a collective community coming together to solve problems and to push the industry forward. To achieve this we need to get more people involved in Open Source development, and encourage an Open Source mindset). I think this idea works for the whole world and it can solve many problems and can make a more efficient world community. I think Couchsurfing provides this idea to travelers and all travel lovers.
