More to myself. Most of the time you would find me minding my own business, reading or listening to something, trying to figure it all out.
UNLESS we are past the turning point of the 5th pint; then god help you with my live commentary on everything from sports to literature to world affairs, vegan burgers and the carbon footprint of shopoholics. (and my sense of humor turning slightly dark)
I love to listen to quality music of all sorts, enjoy watching independent films, proper documentaries, mixing drinks and making some mean cocktails, cooking etc.
I am co-parenting 7 cats, so it's safe to say that I'm a big fan of these curious lidl creatures.

Music: All sorts of Rock, Doom/Gothic Metal, Folk metal, Atmospheric/Vocal Electro, Jazz, Blues, any Classical from baroque down to -the blasphemous- new age (I could just say "not pop music", right?) .

Movies: The usual... Martin Scorsese, Woody Allen, Hitchcock, Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, Pedro Almodovar, Tarkovsky, Fellini, Bergman, Lynch, Polanski, Elia Kazan... The list goes on.

Series: Everything Nordic Noir + Line of Duty, Black Mirror, Utopia, HIMYM, House of Cards (Original), True Detective (S01), Hannibal, Penny Dreadful, ...

I think I'm good at keeping up with a conversation on most topics. I'm a BS-free person (got vaccinated at a very young age). I'm also clean & tidy so my host doesn't need to worry about the possible mess which I may leave behind, -- Note to my guests; Don't worry, I'm not a clean freak! :).
I respect the privacy and individual lifestyle of the host (or anyone else for that matter), and I sure can cook, do the dishes and help with all sorts of house chores, -- so that I can feel less like a burden.
