About Me

ABOUT ME

Extremely easy-going and laid back. Down to earth and free-spirited. I go with the flow of things and am usually happy no matter what. I like to laugh and consider myself very good at it. I am not an arguer but rather a great compromiser. I procrastinate and think leisure is important to ones well-being. I live spontaneously and don't like to commit to plans too far in advance. My whole life I have strived for independence and the only thing I know how to be is myself. I think everyone is a little weird and those who aren't afraid to show are living life right.

PHILOSOPHY

I must be a mermaid, Rango. I have no fear of great depths and a great fear of shallow living."

- Anais Nin, "The Four-Chambered Heart"

Interests

I like reading, literature and poetry. I like being outside under the sun. I believe that salt water can cure all ailments and I'd like to live the rest of my life near it. I like to walk barefoot. I haven't been hiking often but would like to more, and I enjoy straying from the path a climbing on the rocks. Rock climbing is another thing I haven't tried much but believe I would be into it. I like heights and speed.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all movies
My favorite story ever written is the original Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll because it was the first non-didactical book written for children and establishes the importance of nonsense and the imagination.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping a 50 ft cliff in the Shenandoah River, reaching the castle on the mountain in Alicante, Spain...living in Valencia for 4 months and learning spanish! Moving to Mallorca by myself for 8 months is pretty crazy I guess...I rode camels along the beach in Morocco which was amazing to say the least.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to help anyone with their english - me encanaria ayudar todos con hablar ingles. Other than that, I'm damn good at having a good time if you'd like to learn a little bit about that ;)
