Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to work in tourism in Southern Ireland. I spent 15 years travelling round the whole country and often economised by staying in half finished houses, almost completed hotels and spare beds in many places. I used to count the beds I had slept in in any year and usually got somewhere between 60 - 100. Literally from the top end of 5 star hotels to the flat roofed extension (shed) on the side of a bar in West Cork.
