My name is Muffie and I am a new member of the 30's demographic!
I just moved out to the Midwest to live and work in Indianapolis!
I love cities; just everything about being in any city. I also like visiting the country, but cities are my favorite places to visit and see.
I love cats!!
I love bargain shopping for clothes and shoes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I was living in Nepal I mostly used CS as a way to meet new friends =)
I have couchsurfed and hosted in the US and Nepal, I've surfed three times and hosted twice (almost 3 times but there was serious weather and the person couldn't drive as far as where I was living from their work conference).

I'm also a fan of harlequin romance novels as a guilty pleasure...

I like all music, I listen to different genres depending on whatever mood I'm in. Jazz is my absolute favorite genre though. Currently, I am obsessed with the song Grown, by Little Mix.

My most favorite color is purple! But some days I prefer other colors too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked to the top of Wanna Picchu in Peru... I actually stood/sat/hung out on the peak of a mountain!!

Moving out of Connecticut and to Nepal... and then to Indianapolis.... crazy or amazing?? hahaha =)

Teach, Learn, Share

I have worked in a very stressful and tough career for many years, so I've had to learn how to not let the hardships of life keep myself down. I loved my job as an advocate, and am back in the field but focused on a broader level; the bigger picture if the issue. I am a good person to have in your circle who knows that there is always bad in the world, but you can't let that stop you from having so much good happen in your life! =)
I like learning about new cultures through music, art, museums, spirituality, and FOOD! =) I'm very openminded and willing to learn and experience new things.
