Current Mission:: Sayulita wedding and Mexico City for 6 days 3/11-16 2022

I have worked as cook, bicycle mechanic, private chef, research & development chef, foodservice consultant, and candlemaker. At this moment I help manage and run backstage hospitality/catering for music festivals and shows in California. My goal is to be able to work and consult around the world to create better food systems whether it be through new food products, supply chain, improving nutrition, etc.

I love people and pets. I am an super easygoing and easy to please. I would love to know your favorite meditation spot. I am down to explore on my own or join a pro on a long walk through the city. I adore getting insight from new friends around the world. You like a certain local band in your town? I want to go! Best carnitas in the world? I’ll travel there with ya. My greatest experience traveling so far have been thanks to couchsurfing hosts .
