I'm working at Chunichi Shimbun newspaper company for 29years. At first, I was in Tokyo office, and then Shizuoka, now in Nagoya.
I like to ride bycycle. I go to my office by bike everyday, it takes about 1 hour to get there. It's 20km away from my apartment.
Any foreigners are welcome to our apartment, if you don't mind the size of it. It's only 60 sqare meters. I live with my wife, who is very fluent in English. Actually, she teaches English conversation at a famous school in Nagoya.
I'm planning to set up a business for foreigners after I retire my job. I'm not sure what kind, but it should be something to entertain foreigners to ateract more visitors from abroad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met a guy from Estonia at Nagoya station recently
. He is a couchsurfer. He introduced about this. My wife who is from the Philippines is also interested in it. It's like travelling if we become hosts! We can exchange culture without going out of Japan.

Any Japanese, American music and movies. Robert de Niro, Jim carry, Tom Hunks, Julia Roberts are my favorites. Recent favorite movies are Hungover(1,2,3) and Ted, Interstellar etc. I like Sidney Sheldon novels, like "Misery". I learned English from his books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climb mt. Fuji by bicycle.Only a half way though, but I started from home in Chiba, when I was 15years old.
