I’m from Kyoto and live alone in Kagoshima Prefecture from August 2018. I graduated from an university in 2017. I studied International relationship there. I work for a agricultural manufacturing company based in Osaka from this April.

AS A HOST
I started new life in Kagoshima Prefecture! Actually I was not sure what about Kagoshima. I’d never been there before... but now I realized the prefecture has very beautiful nature, great history, above all, awesome food and people! I hope I can explore Kagoshima with CS friends! My apartment is in Kirishima city (about 1 hour away from Kagoshima city by car). The apartment is located little bit far from center of Kirishima but close to Kagoshima airport. I have a car. So I can pick you up at the airport or near stations if you’d like.

AS A SURFER
All hosts I met were great! I learned a lot from them. When I have a chance to go abroad, I will be a surfer and might ask your help. I’d like to meet many locals during a trip to learn local culture, exchange languages and stroll around town. I can somehow manage everyday conversation in English, but I’m still keen to become more fluent in English. I'm really appreciate if you could help my English. If you'd like to learn Japanese language and culture, surely I’ll be happy to help it.

MY PHILOSOPHY
一期一会 “One time, one meeting ” This proverb is originally used in the Japanese tea ceremony. In other words, it means “once-in-a-lifetime meeting” “once-in-a-lifetime chance” or “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity”. I want to take care of any chance to occur in my life!
