thank you for taking the time and reading through my profile!
My name is Mascha, I´m 23 years old and from Germany! Since I have spent one year in Ecuador and another year traveling and volunteering around I just can´t get enough of traveling! In September 2017 I started studying "International cultural and business studies" at a (German) University. Even though I don't have the opportunity to go on a big journey at the moment, I still enjoy getting in touch with the people from all over the world:)

I love getting involved in new cultures and living a simple lifestyle. Furthermore I enjoy quiet places and to live close and in consistent with nature!
I really like listening to music, being outside in nature, bicycling, sailing, snowboarding, yoga, meditating and of course traveling. I also like to meet new people and I´m interested in different cultures and languages.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling around the world but not just as a tourist but for me it's really important to get in touch with locals to get to know also the culture of a country an to see the world from a different point of view. Furthermore I'm convinced that while traveling you always meet the most amazing and interesting people.

Giving sweets with a friend to strangers in a city center in order to get to know some people and just to see their smile.
