About Me

Making impossible the only impossibility.

Let's see... I have forever felt like I have a few things in common with a lot of people, but a lot in common with very few. Luckily, it seems there's always something to talk about and share with the person across the table, whether it's those common traits or not.

At times I'm an extrovert and other times I'm more content to sit back and observe the world around me. I enjoy the reflection of a still lake in the early morning, but sometimes I can't help but skip a rock to see where the ripples will travel.

Overall, I know myself well but am interested in knowing myself in other situations and places. I'm fortunate to have stumbled upon a few months of free time that I plan to fill with new places and faces.

Anything you want to know, don't hesitate to ask.

In high school, my friend's mother always told us, "if you can't be good, be clever." Unfortunately, I don't think we were either at the time.

I'm convinced that for every answer one finds, a million more questions present themselves. That's what makes life an invigorating journey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Surfing, hoping to host those interested in visiting Boston and the less busy corners of New England.

Amazing. From those I've surfed based on profiles/similar interests to those generous enough to save me from emergencies boards, I could not have imagined a greater way to get to know the world...

I'm interested in seeing the world and meeting new people. In my trips throughout the US, I've always enjoyed sharing an hour or two and a drink with the random stranger at the airport bar as much as the destination itself. Whenever someone asks me about my experiences couchsurfing, the response is 95% a story about the incredible people I've met and 5% about the place itself.

I appreciate good words, full music, filling food, and a tall drink. I'm often overwhelmed by how thankful I am to have kind friends and a loving family. I enjoy photography (though I'm no photographer!), cooking and billiards. I sing terribly in the car and shower.

Music, Movies, and Books

I dedicate more time to music than to movies and books combined. I love all kinds of music, especially when it's live. Everything from jazz to rap to samba to triphop to the guy who bangs spoons against a set of pots and pans.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most amazing experiences have come from some of the seemingly most mundane things. If you find me on your couch, we can chat about it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I play pool competitively and would be more than happy to share a game.

I can also make adventures out of sticks and flint.
