ABOUT ME

I have just finished high school and getting to the stage where i was about to go to university and postponed until i figure out what i actually want to do in life. I figured growing up for me was a little sheltered so i may need to learn some independence and really challenge myself to figure out what i wanted to do. To do this i decided to travel on my own for 6 months. This is that journey.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I am travelling while i write this I cant say i am able to build the community up much more than just through word of mouth. When i return home i will hopefully host couch surfing and attend some of the regular couch surfing meet ups i have been told about recently.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was staying in Ljubljana (Slovenia) I met a Slovenian couple at a local supermarket over a quick chat about a concert happening that night. I ended up going to it with them, getting a few drinks after and staying with them for a few nights following this. Id always heard of couch surfing but was hesitant, if anything would convince me it was surly this great experience.

I have come to the conclusion right now that i have no many interest just nothing im particularly good at.
Anyway, some things that stick out are literature, film, music, travel, art, sport and science.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

One of my biggest interests is film and music, I am up for listening to any type of music and even more so watching any film. Books are something im definitely getting into at the moment but I need some help on getting recommendations.
This is an extremely brief list but:
My favourite film is the Truman Show
My favourite Musician is Sufjan Stevens
And my favourite book is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Canoeing in a mokoro (dug-out canoes) over the Okavango delta and going bungie jumping over victoria falls in Zimbabwe in the space of a week.

I can talk for hours about music and film and have made it to a crazy amount of countries for someone my age now. I have gone through a lot of change while travelling and can share some of my journey aswell.
