Overview
About Me
I am a young, eager learner who is looking to explore and embrace the many vast cultures and opportunities of our globe. I enjoy meeting new people and having a cultural exchange from folks of all walks of life. I have ancestry from the West Virginia Appalachia's to Germany and am interested in visiting the places they have walked. I enjoy listening to music, staying active whether its football (soccer), boxing, or weightlifting, eating at cool and unique spots, and exploring what places have to offer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am planning on doing a post-grad solo European trip this upcoming winter (January-February 2023). It was at my most recent internship where my host introduced me to the idea of staying with locals to get the most authenticate experience possible and have a cultural exchange with people through couchsurfing. To get familiar with couchsurfing before jumping straight into international travel, I am looking to couchsurf my home state of Ohio to see the corners of it I have not explored yet.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like Hip Hop/Rap, instrumentals, and some punk rock. Some of my favorite artists are Jpegmafia, Danny Brown, Drake, Future, and the list goes on and on. I love going to concerts!
Movies are another big love of mine. My favorites are: The Thing, Evil Dead 2, Fargo, Inception, Scooby Doo, and Everything Everywhere all at Once.
I historically have not read a whole lot of books but recently I have been quite into instructional and travel books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This summer (2022) I connected with a sustainable farm called Blue Rock Station in Philo, Ohio for a 10-week internship. Though being an environment I had not had much experience with before, I fell completely in love with the lifestyle of living in an intentionally sustainable manner with many crops, animals, and the opportunity to spend it with wonderful people. My host living there was Annie and Jay Warmke who opened me to the idea of being a global citizen who travels and explores the world.
