About us

Hi there! We’re Nathalie and Massimo, a traveling couple with our little son Iseo (2 years old) and our calm, gentle dog Kahlo . Kahlo is super chill, friendly with everyone, and usually just finds a cozy corner to nap in. Iseo is a joyful, curious little being who reminds us daily to slow down and appreciate the simple things.

We’ve been living on the road in our van for the past few years, choosing a life close to nature and guided by simplicity. Today we are travelling with our big car where we as well sleep in (or at least a part of us). We are both musicians who love jamming with others, as well as handpoke tattoo artists who enjoy sharing art and stories with those we meet. We are passionate about reforestation and ecological restoration.

Massimo is a friendly soul who loves sharing good food, music, and laughs. He’s always up for a deep talk or a spontaneous jam session. Nathalie is a nature lover with a background in ecology and sustainability — passionate about trees, wild spaces, and anything green. She’s also calm, observant, and loves slow mornings and forest walks.

We’re both self-taught handpoke tattoo artists and casual musicians who love connecting through creativity. We like simple joys: cooking together, camping under the stars, foraging wild herbs, making art, and sharing honest, light-hearted moments with new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We believe in a human network based on trust, kindness, and mutual inspiration. At this moment in our journey — as we look for new opportunities and perhaps a temporary home base — Couchsurfing feels like a beautiful way to connect, share stories, and offer what we can in return.

We also want Iseo to grow up knowing that the world is full of good-hearted people and generous souls.
