Why I’m on Couchsurfing

💮 I hope to meet sympathetic lads and lasses of course! 💮

I'm looking for kind people living in Finland to have friends in there, who could maybe host me during my travels (poor no-more-a-student spotted). I'm in love with this specific culture since childhood and never had any culture shock, as I really feel natural with Finnish people and understood by them.
It's a very deep feeling of belonging that inhabits my little soul since two awesome ladies brought the Finnish inner fire to me (sisu!🔥) when I was a little girl.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

🚗 - To drive 740km with all my things stacked from floor to roof in my little car, moving to Belgium all by myself, at 21 y.o. I had to look for administrative papers, a room where to live, then manage to live there, just to learn how to create video game graphics.
All this period has been a kind of initiatory trip!

🏡 - In summer 2015, I finally found the way to come in Finland (all alone ofc) despite my student's savings after a whole year of planning! :')
I've been hosted for a night by an awesomely interesting and kind woman in Helsinki, as an introduction to Finnish people! Then, I worked for two weeks in a farm/camping/B&B, which is now the place I feel the most at home~

🏆 - I began volleyball in summer 2016, despite I couldn't find any interest into sports during all my life! And it's really the team sport which fits me the best: its rules, its mood, its ways to move... Yey, volleyball! (My knees don't agree, as they're covered in blue and purple, but oh well, who listens to their knees?)

✖️ - I know there's a lot left for me to discover, so I hope my travels will allow me to write something more in here!
