ABOUT ME

I'm Mat, 25. I grew up in Brittany in the west of France, by the ocean. That's maybe what gave me the urge to travel and meet new people and cultures ;).

Indeed in the course of my education I was lucky to get an internship in Saudi Arabia. Went all around the middle-east for a year, many stories about it ;). Then I completed my master with an exchange program 6 months in Michigan State University, fantastic time!!

Went back to Saudi to create a company. Not so easy ;). Then in 2010 I was living 2 weeks per month in Spain for my job, and two other weeks in riyadh...

Well now I'm back in France, time to welcome travelers!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to follow Gandhi's precept:

"Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've a small apartment by Le Louvre in Paris, and I offer a couch/bed to the travelers passing by!

My objective is to keep the international aspect in my life, as I was abroad for the last 4 years. I love to talk about cultures, meet new people, have fun...
