My name is Matej, 24 years old, and I come from one of the smallest but also one of the nicest countries in Europe - Slovenia.
I am a student of a master programme at the Faculty of mechanical engineering (Uni. of Ljubljana). I've spent the winter semester of 2015/2016 on an Erasmus exchange in Barcelona and had the time of my life!

I try to skateboard everyday, because this is one of the things where I can relax and be happy and of course Barcelona is perfect for that kind of activity.
I am comfortable in the kitchen and can make some nice food for everyone.

When winter kicks in I prefer to snowboard rather than complain about snow and cold temperatures.
I've also started spending my time in carpentery; making accessories from broken skateboards and foldable wooden chairs.

I am a huge fan of football (or soccer, for our American friends), especially the English Premier League and Manchester United. I don't mind watching when other teams are playing, as long as the ball is rolling.

I like to listen to good music - more specific - Rock 'n' Roll. I've been to some great concerts, for instance - Foo Fighters and Queens of the stone age.

I have an Instagram and YT account where I post photos of things that are interesting to me.

I think this is one of the best ways if you want to meet some greate people in their own environment, they can show you some hidden places in their towns so you get first-hand tips. It is a great way for everyone who travels on budget. Also the concept "giving and receiving" is something to what all the people should strive to.

So far my experience with CS was amazing! Me and my friend decided to go for a one week hitchhiking & couchsurfing trip to Belgium and the Netherlands. All the people we met were so cool and it was then when I realised how awesome the CS society is.
