I'm more on the quiet side, but am still fun and outgoing. Love adventure and the outdoors, but also enjoy reading and learning (history, languages, cultural quirks etc.). Often called a "fresh air nerd." I love to read, and often take time in the morning to ready my bible or another book. You can often find me at a coffee shop as well, whether I am reading a book, writing something, or just people watching. Also, I love learning the history of a place and about different cultures. If you are historically savvy about the area and/or love talking about culture then I would love to stay with you, talk with you, learn from you, and share with you a bit about myself and where I come from as well!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing for more than just the free bed / couch. I want to learn from other people and get the real cultural experience. I want to go places that only locals know about, and not be just another tourist packed into a group of people and stumbling all over the city in a whirlwind tour where nobody remembers anything anyways. I want to meet real people, really living in the places where I am going, and I hope to do the same for others when I return back to my country and have a place of my own.

I love music from all kinds of genres - alternative, country, christian, rock, 70s, some 90s, folk (Mumford & Sons are my heroes).
Favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption - great plot, character development, intellectually stimulating and fantastic acting.
O books... Did I mention before that I am a nerd? I have too many books that I love to list out so I will go with a few authors - Harlen Coben, Robert Jordan, C.S. Lewis, Diana Gabaldon, J R. R. Tolkien, George R. R. Martin
