I am a visual artist from Winnipeg, Canada now living in Oslo, Norway. I moved to Oslo to support my partner, Alena, as she pursues her Masters in Architecture here. My main interest are cooking (I recently started baking sourdough bread and making homemade pasta!), reading, bicycling, hiking, skateboarding and travelling as much as my wallet will allow (often more!).

I am a very clean person and easy to be around.

I have not had some much experience with the Couchsurfing site, however, I did use the similar website Warmshowers a number of years ago on a long bicycle tour. We were put up with a wonderful group of people in Quebec City. Asides from formal hosting through Couchsurfing, Alena and I love to have host people for supper and to show them around where we live.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A few years ago, myself and a long time friend rode our bikes form Winnipeg, Manitoba to Northern Quebec. The trip took around three months and gave us an entirely new perspective on Canada and the United States.

While our place in Oslo is quite small and not too suitable for over-nights, we love to meet new people. Perhaps this is thought sharing a meal or going on a hike or walk through the city. I'm becoming familiar with the Oslo arts scene and would be happy to tour around openings and events with folks travelling through. There is some fantastic things happening here.
