Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling has the sway to feed our soul, open our eyes and disclose the true essence of life. It is almost a basic need.

In a fair and equal society, discovering new places and cultures should be a human basic need; but in a world ruled by money sometimes we have to give up our plans and dreams. The idea of sharing our place is revolutionary, simply because it offers us the opportunity to meet people who need a couch, a bed or even a new friend and explore new experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't even know where to start so I'm picking 10 bands/artists, 10 movie directors and 10 authors who pretty much redefined my world with their art:

Music: Velvet Underground, The Clash, Miles Davis, My Bloody Valentine, Animal Collective, Radiohead, Joy Division (and New Order), Talking Heads, Kendrick Lamar, Os Mutantes.

Movies: Fellini, Godard, Jodorowsky, Antonioni, Lynch, Malick, Pasolini, Bergman, Tarkovsky, Herzog.

Books: Proust, Derrida, Joyce, David Foster Wallace, Malatesta, Bakunin, Huxley, Borges, Salinger and again, Pasolini.
