Hey there! My name is Mathias, I grew up on a farm in a small village in Southern Germany and after living in a city for eight years I am back where it all started. I like the blue of the sky and the smell of hay, that's what makes life worth living. As an archaeology student I had the opportunity to travel a lot and see places where you usually wouldn't go. I have friends in many places all over the world, and while I like them a lot, it breaks my heart a little more every single time I think of them and about the fact that they are so far away. I guess that's the downside of being a global citizen. Anyway, I hope to meet you really soon!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sometimes when all I do is watch the news I don't like humans very much, but when I'm travelling I realize that there are warm hearted people everywhere on this crazy planet and they outnumber the ones who want to make us feel miserable.
