I have been traveling since April ‘22. It’s been 10 months on my motorbike direction Asia and lots of backpacking in México. Since Jan ‘24 I live in CDMX 🤙🏾

In earlier adventures I have been backpacking in Cental and South America and India and quite a bit around Europe. Besides going on a ride with my bike I love traveling and roadtripping, good food, scuba diving, sarcasm and a good movie (or sarcasm in a good movie). In an earlier life I used to work for the Ocean Carrier Maersk and have resigned my job for this trip.

The impact of making connections while traveling is priceless! Couchsurfing has become a motivation for travel and my preferred style of traveling as well, as I’ve found so much value in meeting locals.

Understanding their city/town, their experiences in the world, all this gives me so much new perspective.

I just love it.

I (mostly) try to stay in touch afterwards and hope I can make it a „quid pro quo“ and one day be hosting in CDMX or Hamburg.

-Have been protagonist in a TV documentary about the craziest fire works festival in the world in Tultepec, Mexico. They blow up paper mache bulls full of fire works right in the middle of people. And I survived.

Actually it’s a long list but it says “one” here, right?!
