Hello there! I'm a nineteen year old girl from Denmark and I've just finished "gymnasiet" which is kind of equivalent to a high school. Now it's the time to explore and experience the world before I start on a new education; i might study biology. Wuhuu! I like reading (especially fantasy and science fiction), listening to music, writing, cooking, watching movies, spending time with people I love and meeting new interesting people.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm going on interrail with my good friend, who is also called Mathilde, in August and since we've heard loads of good stuff about couchsurfing, we thought it would be fun to try, especially as a way to meet new people and experience cultures that are different from ours. As we are travelling together, there are pictures of both of us.

Música, películas y libros

I like a broad selection of music. Right at the moment i especially enjoy listening to Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd and loads of upcoming danish artists. I love experiencing known artists and new on festivals such as Roskilde Festival in Denmark.
I alse like loads of different kinds of movies and books. I especially enjpy fantasy and science fiction. Some of my favourite directors are Terry Gilliam, Stephen Spielberg and Tim Burton.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

First and foremost I think it would be wonderful just to have conversations about the people we are and how much our nationality affected this. I find that rather interesting. I can of course give an insight into danish culture though it differs from region to region, in spite of the fact that the country is small. I would like to tell about the danish school system, the difference between small and bigger cities, the language (it can sound rather fun to foreign people.
